Aldi offers a starting salary of $155k - internet loses the plot!

The internet has exploded after learning that supermarket giant Aldi is offering managers in Australia up to $155k! Plus a company car! Plus a free mobile phone! And you don't need any retail experience!

They are looking for ten new managers for new stores in Victoria - but the enticing package definitely means a lot of hard work!

Successful applicants will oversee three to five Aldi stores, managing all aspects of their operation including recruitment, training, and profit and loss management.

Hariet Honore, Aldi's Victorian Store Operations Director told the Herald Sun that successful applicants will be taught everything in the 'comprehensive' 12-month training program.

'We believe what you don't know, you will learn. We teach about Aldi's unique business model and all the things that make it successful,' she said.

'We are more focused on finding the right people with the 'Aldi Attitude'.'

'This is an amazing job,' said one Facebook fan. 'Sign me up. Who wouldn't do this job for that cash?'
