Onesies are designed with poop explosions in mind
That’s right, the little shoulder flaps in your bub’s onesie are designed to make it possible to slip the garment down over the body, instead of back over the head, to avoid sliding poop everywhere.
Place new nappy under dirty nappy
Use the dirty nappy as a dumping ground for wet wipes and simply remove the whole thing once ready for the clean one waiting below.
Bicycle legs for gas
Lay your baby on its back and gently move their legs in a pedalling motion, this can help move things along quickly.

Avoid leggings
As a newborn, onesies are the way to go. Anything that opens at the bottom makes it easier to change a nappy, rather than taking leggings on and off.
Let cool air on their skin to wake them
If you are struggling to wake your bub in the middle of a feed, try opening their onesie or change their nappy, the cool air should wake them up.
