Another baby has died under suspicious circumstances in Queensland - the second in two days.
Police are now investigating the death of a four-month-old from Logan, south of Brisbane.
The baby girl was taken to Logan Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
She was transferred to the Queensland Children's Hospital in critical condition but she sadly died this afternoon.
A 35-year-old woman and a 37-year-old man are helping police with their inquiries.
The death of the four-month-old baby occurred just one day after a nine-month-old baby was found dead on the beach at Surfers Paradise.
Her parents have been arrested and her two-year-old brother has been taken into care following the death.
The family were living homeless around Tweed Heads and Surfers Paradise and had been for several months, it is thought.
It's not clear how she died yet.
Police are investigating both deaths - there is no suggestion at all that they are linked.
