Savvy mum recreates red-carpet outfits for her five-year-old using trash
These are amazing!
One clever mum has found a way to create imaginative outfits for her young daughter using only household items.
Alya Chaglar is an artist based in Turkey and decided to try recreating red-carpet looks worn by celebs, using her young daughter, Stefani, as a model for her creations – and they look fantastic.
“One day, I came across a photo of Rihanna in a blue Molly Goddard gown and decided to repeat her fashion look for my daughter, by using different materials on hand,” Alya told Bored Panda.
Despite the impressive nature of the outfits, Alya says they don’t take long to create at all.
“It takes around 10-30 minutes to recreate a celebrity’s look,” Alya said.
“We use nothing more than plastic, paper, tin foil and other materials you can find around the house, and a stapler to stick the pieces together.”
Alya and Stefani currently have more than 220,000 followers on their Instagram page and use the hashtags #funnyStefani and #ahStefani.
The mother-daughter duo have taken inspiration from all kinds of celebrities, however Lady Gaga seems to be a favourite.
Alya says her daughter loves wearing the outfits and has ambitions to be a fashion designer.
We don’t doubt she has it in her!
